These terms apply to San Diego County Home Value, a manufactured-home valuation service operated by Jirah Blessing LLC. By using the website, you agree to these terms.

Preliminary estimates

Online estimates are preliminary informational tools based on available sales and the details you provide. An estimate is not an appraisal, professional valuation, offer, listing agreement, or guarantee of a sale price. Some homes will not receive a dollar estimate when the available evidence is insufficient.

Your information

You agree to provide information you reasonably believe is accurate and to submit only requests concerning a home you own, occupy, represent, or are otherwise authorized to discuss. You may use the online estimate without providing contact information.

In-person evaluation requests

Submitting an evaluation request authorizes us to contact you about that request. It does not confirm an appointment and does not obligate you to list or sell your home. Appointment timing and availability are confirmed separately.

Text-message terms

If you actively select the text-message consent checkbox, you agree to receive automated text messages from Jirah Blessing LLC about your home evaluation request, questions, scheduling, reminders, and related service follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, submit false or unlawful requests, access nonpublic information, or use automated methods to overwhelm the service.

Availability and liability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. To the extent permitted by law, Jirah Blessing LLC is not responsible for decisions made solely from an online estimate or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by California law. We may update them as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
