We collect the home and community details you enter to prepare an estimate. If you request an in-person evaluation, we also collect your name, mobile phone number, optional email address, contact preference, consent choices, and any additional details you provide. We may also collect basic technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as request logs and device or browser information.

How we use information

We use your information to calculate and save your requested estimate, respond to your questions, arrange an in-person evaluation, provide service updates and reminders, maintain our records, prevent abuse, and improve the service. We do not use improvement selections as independent dollar adjustments to your automated estimate.

Text messages and calls

If you actively agree to receive automated text messages, we may text you about your home evaluation request, questions, scheduling, reminders, and related follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to automated texts is not a condition of purchase. You may still request contact by phone call without agreeing to automated texts.

How we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website, store requests, deliver communications, prevent fraud, or comply with law. We do not sell personal information. Mobile information, text-message opt-in data, and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the requested service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
