San Diego Mobile Home Guide is operated by Jirah Blessings LLC. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it when you request a home-value estimate, an in-person evaluation or a manufactured-home buyer budget review.
Information we collect
We collect the home and community details you enter to prepare a home-value estimate. If you request an in-person evaluation, we also collect your name, mobile phone number, optional email address, contact preference, consent choices, and any additional details you provide.
You can calculate a buyer budget without providing contact information, and an anonymous calculation is not saved as a buyer inquiry. If you request a personal buyer budget review, we save the income, monthly debt, space-rent, home-price, down-payment or cash-budget information you entered; the resulting budget estimate; your name and contact details; your buying timeline and purchase method; optional community, credit-range and home-interest answers; consent choices; and limited referral-source information.
We may also collect basic technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as request logs and device or browser information.
How we use information
We use your information to calculate and save your requested estimate, provide the personal budget review or in-person evaluation you request, respond to questions, maintain records, prevent abuse, and improve the service. Buyer financial information is used for the requested manufactured-home budget conversation and is available only through the private operating system and supporting service providers. If you request an in-person evaluation, the licensed professional who follows up may also discuss whether you would like help listing or selling your home. We do not use improvement selections as independent dollar adjustments to your automated home-value estimate.
Text messages and calls
If you actively agree to receive automated text messages, we may text you about your home evaluation or buyer budget-review request, questions, scheduling, reminders, and related follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to automated texts is not a condition of purchase. You may still request contact by phone call or email without agreeing to automated texts.
How we share information
If you request an in-person evaluation, we provide your contact information, home and community details, and other information submitted with your request to an independent California-licensed manufactured-home salesperson or dealer. That professional uses the information to contact you, arrange the evaluation, discuss your home and its potential value, and may discuss whether you would like help listing or selling it. Requesting an evaluation does not obligate you to list or sell your home.
We may also share information with service providers that help us operate the website, securely store requests, deliver communications, prevent fraud, or comply with law. We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile information, text-message opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with the licensed professional described above is used to fulfill the evaluation and related follow-up you requested.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the requested service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may ask for messaging help by replying HELP. You may also contact us to ask about your information or request a correction or deletion, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
